I am guessing that you had an Audigy installed or something that attempted to install these drivers. Now I get a dialog "CTASIO Warning: There are no Creative audio products installed and running on the system that support ASIO' three times.". s ctasio stands for silent creative technology ASIO S ctasio.dll is a Windows DLL file.
