EnJoY.... In the report header there was a OLE object with a company logo.Somewhere along the way this item got corrupted.When the OLE object was removed I was then able to export I wanted to schedule it to save the report in excel format and send to my email on a daily basis. These numbers lead me to believe that memory is not actually "full".

Error like this are usually being thrown by the Crystal Reports Runtime which is something separate from Logicity (Logicity just makes calls to that runtime to do much of the stuff My fix was to take screenshots of every page and paste the images into the report.
